I’m here to hold space for whatever your journey looks like and to listen without judgment, advocate for your needs, and remind you of the incredible strength you already have. Whether it’s a late-night feeding, a moment of doubt, or a wave of joy, I’ll meet you where you are with warmth, care, and encouragement.
Birth & Postpartum Support Packages
Postpartum Support
The postpartum season is a time of healing, learning, and deep connection. I’ll support you and your family with gentle newborn care, lactation and feeding guidance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and emotional support. My goal is to help you feel rested, cared for, and confident as you find your rhythm in this new chapter. Together, we’ll create space for calm, recovery, and love as you bloom into life with your baby.
Day-time Support
$35/hour
I offer postpartum doula support with in-home based visits. These visits are carefully thought out to support you in the ways you need and beyond. Please reach out for more information and to schedule a consultation!
Over-Night Support
$45/hour
I am offering over-night doula support on a case by case basis for the time being. Please contact me if you are interested in over-night care.
Birth Doula Support
Birth is powerful, unpredictable, and deeply transformative , and you deserve to feel supported through every moment of it. I’ll provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth. Whether that means helping you stay grounded through contractions, offering comfort measures, or being your advocate and calm presence, I’m here to make sure you feel confident, cared for, and in control of your experience.
